Wildix VoIP phone system new release

A new WMS Stable version released in June 2017 includes almost 100 features, improvements and fixes.

Two-factor authentication

2FA adds an extra layer of security to your Wildix account requiring users to enter two pieces of information to access to their Wildix account (user password + verification code generated by an external app)

Chat improvements

• Typing indicator: see when the other party is typing a message
• Added website preview

Collaboration settings

• Added live search in phonebooks for call forwarding destination
• It is now possible to capture the video from your webcam to create a user pic
• “Until” field is now optional when setting DND / away user status

Attendant Console improvements

Accessibility improvements for visually impaired users: focus is now set up to Caller’s name when receiving an incoming call and the voice prompt notifies the user on who the caller is (thanks to VoiceOver feature)

Integration with video door phones

• Added video preview from intercoms to Collaboration with Dialplan custom application
• Video from intercoms is now displayed immediately
